If any cancellation is made by the customer, the following cancellation charges will apply:
30 days or more before travel date:
25% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
15 days to 29 days before travel date:
50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
10 days or less before travel date:
100% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fee. No refund will be applicable.
All eligible refunds will be issued in the form of a Credit Note only, which can be used for future bookings with YatraMatrix.
Credit Note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
If the customer requests refund via bank transfer instead of Credit Note, then applicable cancellation charges, service charges, and payment gateway charges will be deducted, and remaining amount will be refunded to the customer’s bank account if applicable.
Refund processing time is 7 to 10 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
Cancellation request must be submitted via Email or WhatsApp to YatraMatrix.
Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, and service charges are non-refundable.
In case of natural calamities, weather conditions, road blockage, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances, YatraMatrix will not be responsible for cash refund. Only Credit Note will be issued, if applicable.
